How to Install & Exchange Scale-O Water Softeners
Follow 4 simple and easy steps to install and exchange the Scale-O water softeners.

Open the Tank Lid
Open the tank lid and place on side for installing the water softener.

Lower Scale-O Into the Tank
Lower the softener in the tank using the rope such that it is fully submerged in water.

Secure the Rope
Ensure softener is few inches from bottom and then tie the rope to tank lid or nearby pipe.

Start Using Scale-O
Use water as usual in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry while Scale-O helps reduce hard-water scale buildup.

Check the Correct Variant
Check for the correct variant to replace based on order details or the installed product.

Remove the Used Unit
If the product is floating on the water surface or is empty with scaling on the outer casing, remove it using the rope.

Dry Wipe and Dispose
Dry wipe the used product and dispose it in a polythene bag with the rope as well.
